Photo of the Day: Crows

As I was walking home there were hundreds (if not thousands) of crowd converging on a stand of trees. Crows make these communal roosts during the winter and spend the nights together, then spread out over dozens of square miles during the day. Pretty cool that they all are able to converge like this. I couldn’t really get much of a shot – I didn’t have my SLR with me and the crows were converging well in private property. Still wanted to show it, though!
